Sunscreen is non-negotiable these days, and every person inclusive of every skin tone should be using sunscreen daily. Yes, you read accurately, DAILY!

I presume everyone knows by now that we should be wearing sunscreen daily, but do you actually apply it? Whether the sun is shining or not, there are unhealthy UVA/UVB rays that soak into your skin, causing premature ageing, skin damage, and in some cases, skin cancer. A favourite facial sunscreen at the moment, sensitive skin friends, this is for you, it is lightweight. It absorbs into my skin, with no white cast. I just mix it in with my moisturizer and apply it to every millimetre of my face daily. PSA, keep in mind this is a fluid, not a cream, so the consistency is thinner in texture, so take it slower when pouring it out onto your hands before applying to your face.

Neutrogena Ultra Sheer, Dry Touch SPF 60 – CLICK HERE

This sunscreen is also so lightweight you will forget you put it on. The stick provides UVA/UVB protection with SPF 50. It is non-comedogenic, not clogging your pores, so anyone with oily skin this is for you.

Vichy Capital Soleil Ideal Spf50 – CLICK HERE

This stick is ideal for anyone who wants to touch up their sun protection throughout the day. Throw it in your bag for the day. Apply to your lips, nose, face, etc. Word of warning, this sunscreen does have a bit of a white film that appears if not rubbed in thoroughly.

Cetaphil Daily Facial Moisturizer SPF 50 – CLICK HERE

This formula is non-greasy, lightweight formula absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave a filmy, white residue. It’s also notable for sensitive skin, as it’s non-comedogenic and fragrance-free. Reapply it every two to three hours or more often if you’ll be in direct sunlight for an extended period.
